RainOut Underdeck Solutions operates under the banner of New Creations Metal Works, Inc. which is owned and operated by me, Glenn Alfonso.

I have always loved working with my hands and being able to build things from scratch – things which are useful for me and/or the people around me. At age 21, I began my journey in the construction industry and pursued my passion for amazing builds, challenging projects, and delivering exceptional results clients love.

I served in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 1996, and after receiving an honorable discharge, I moved my family to South Carolina and re-entered the construction industry. ​Working in the construction industry has taught me a lot and has opened my eyes to all the facets of residential and commercial construction. From start to finish, I know every step of the process by heart. Of all the aspects of home building, the part I am most passionate about is metal fabrication – more specifically under deck ceilings and drainage systems.

​I enjoy being able to deliver customized under deck drainage solutions for homeowners who are tired of seeing their patio furniture damaged by water getting through their deck floor from above.

Established in 2005, RainOut Underdeck Solutions is my way of serving residential clients throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and other neighboring areas who are in need of top-notch under deck gutter systems that are custom-built for their homes. To date, over 700 customers have enjoyed their RainOut Underdeck ceiling. I currently reside in the upstate of South Carolina with my wife of 35 years where we both serve our community fostering relationships (personal and professional) with our 5 children, their spouses and, so far, 5 grandchildren.
